KLRF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein killer cell lectin like receptor F1, which is encoded by the KLRF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in natural killer (NK)-mediated cytolysis of PHA-induced lymphoblasts. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 231 residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes and spleen, with weaker expression in lymph node and adult liver, and no expression detected in bone marrow, thymus, and fetal liver. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include NKp80, killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily F member 1, C-type lectin domain family 5 member C, activating coreceptor NKp80, and CLEC5C.
Some KLRF1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
