CNOT4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 4, which is encoded by the CNOT4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to have E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, promoting ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 575 residues and a mass of 63.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include NOT4, NOT4H, CCR4-associated factor 4, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CNOT4, and CLONE243.
Some CNOT4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
