SEH1L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SEH1 like nucleoporin, which is encoded by the SEH1L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the Nup107-160 subcomplex of the nuclear pore complex (NPC). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 360 residues, a mass of 39.6 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat SEC13 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, lysosomes, and chromosomes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include GATOR complex protein SEH1, SEC13-like protein, nup107-160 subcomplex subunit SEH1, sec13 like protein, and nucleoporin SEH1.
Some SEH1L ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
