STEAP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein STEAP4 metalloreductase, which is encoded by the STEAP4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in fat cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 459 residues, a mass of 52 kDa, and is a member of the STEAP protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include STEAP family member 4, seven chromosome locus associated with HCC, six transmembrane prostate protein 2, six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 4, and metalloreductase STEAP4.
Some STEAP4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
