MCM10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein minichromosome maintenance 10 replication initiation factor, which is encoded by the MCM10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a replication initiation factor that brings together the MCM2-7 helicase and the DNA polymerase alpha/primase complex in order to initiate DNA replication. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 875 residues, a mass of 98.2 kDa, and is a member of the MCM10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The MCM10 gene has been associated with the disease, Immunodeficiency 80 with or without congenital cardiomyopathy. Other alias names for this target include MCM10 minichromosome maintenance deficient 10, homolog of yeast MCM10, hsMCM10, minichromosome maintenance complex component 10, and protein MCM10 homolog.
Some MCM10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
