CSNK2A2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein casein kinase 2 alpha 2, which is encoded by the CSNK2A2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known catalytic subunit of a constitutively active serine/threonine-protein kinase complex that phosphorylates a large number of substrates containing acidic residues C-terminal to the phosphorylated serine or threonine. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 350 residues, a mass of 41.2 kDa, and is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include CK2alpha', CSNK2A1, casein kinase II subunit alpha', CK II alpha', casein kinase 2 alpha', and CK2A2.
Some CSNK2A2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
