RFXAP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein regulatory factor X associated protein, which is encoded by the RFXAP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a part of the RFX complex that binds to the X-box of MHC II promoters. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 272 residues and a mass of 28.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The RFXAP gene has been associated with the disease, Bare lymphocyte syndrome. Other alias names for this target include RFX DNA-binding complex 36 kDa subunit and RFX-associated protein.
Some RFXAP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
