KDM5A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysine demethylase 5A, which is encoded by the KDM5A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-4' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1690 residues, a mass of 192.1 kDa, and is a member of the JARID1 histone demethylase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RBBP2, RBP2, lysine-specific demethylase 5A, Jumonji, AT rich interactive domain 1A (RBP2-like), and RBBP-2.
Some KDM5A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
