GTF3C4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein general transcription factor IIIC subunit 4, which is encoded by the GTF3C4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be important for RNA polymerase III to make a number of small nuclear and cytoplasmic RNAs, including 5S RNA, tRNA, and adenovirus-associated (VA) RNA of both cellular and viral origin. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 822 residues, a mass of 92 kDa, and is a member of the TFIIIC subunit 4 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include TF3C-delta, TFIII90, TFIIIC290, TFIIIC90, TFIIICDELTA, and KAT12.
Some GTF3C4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
