POLD2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DNA polymerase delta 2, accessory subunit, which is encoded by the POLD2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an accessory component of both the DNA polymerase delta complex and the DNA polymerase zeta complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 469 residues, a mass of 51.3 kDa, and is a member of the DNA polymerase delta/II small subunit protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include DAN polymerase delta 2, accessory subunit, DNA polymerase delta subunit p50, Pol delta B subunit (p50), polymerase (DNA directed), delta 2, accessory subunit, and DNA polymerase delta subunit 2.
There are POLD2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
