GTSE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein G2 and S-phase expressed 1, which is encoded by the GTSE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in p53-induced cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase by interfering with microtubule rearrangements that are required to enter mitosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 720 residues and a mass of 76.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include G2 and S phase-expressed protein 1, Lnc_bc060912, protein B99 homolog, and B99.
Some GTSE1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
