adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L4 ELISA Kits

The following adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L4 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L4 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the ADGRL4 gene. This protein has been described to function in GPCR signaling pathways and receptor-mediated signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 690 residues, a mass of 77.8 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 2 protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cell membrane. In addition, it is notably expressed in the majority of epithelial cells in tumor and normal tissues. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated and cleaved. This protein may also be known as EGF, latrophilin and seven transmembrane domain-containing protein 1, EGF-TM7-latrophilin-related protein, and EGF, latrophilin and seven transmembrane domain containing 1.

The detection range for different adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 25 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL.
