These HAR ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HAR in biological samples. HAR is an alias of the human LYVE1 gene, which encodes the protein, lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor 1. Notably, HAR is known to play a role in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and cell matrix adhesion, among other functions. The LYVE1 protein is described to be 322 amino acid residues in length and 35.2 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be mainly expressed in endothelial cells lining lymphatic vessels. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include CRSBP-1 and XLKD1. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
