These Endo G ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Endo G in biological samples. Endo G is an alias of the human ENDOG gene, which encodes the protein, endonuclease G. Notably, Endo G is known to play a role in pathways of aging and the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The ENDOG protein is described to be 297 amino acid residues in length and 32.6 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include endonuclease G, mitochondrial and mitochondrial endonuclease G.
The detection range for different Endo G ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
