NMRK1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nicotinamide riboside kinase 1, which is encoded by the NMRK1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the phosphorylation of nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinic acid riboside (NaR) to form nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NaMN). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 199 residues, a mass of 23.2 kDa, and is a member of the Uridine kinase protein family. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include NRK1, bA235O14.2, NRK 1, RNK 1, nicotinic acid riboside kinase 1, and C9orf95.
Some NMRK1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
