DPCD ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein deleted in primary ciliary dyskinesia homolog (mouse), which is encoded by the DPCD gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in the formation or function of ciliated cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 203 residues, a mass of 23.2 kDa, and is a member of the DPCD protein family. It is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. Other alias names for this target include RP11-529I10.4, deleted in a mouse model of primary ciliary dyskinesia, and protein DPCD.
