CRLF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytokine receptor like factor 2, which is encoded by the CRLF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 371 residues, a mass of 42 kDa, and is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is found to be expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and adult and fetal liver. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include TSLP receptor, cytokine receptor CRL2 precusor, thymic stromal lymphopoietin protein receptor, thymic stromal-derived lymphopoietin receptor, and IL-XR.
There are CRLF2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
