PSMA4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein proteasome 20S subunit alpha 4, which is encoded by the PSMA4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the 20S core proteasome complex involved in the proteolytic degradation of most intracellular proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 261 residues, a mass of 29.5 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase T1A protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HsT17706, PSC9, proteasome subunit alpha type-4, macropain subunit C9, multicatalytic endopeptidase complex subunit C9, and HC9.
The detection range for different PSMA4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
