HAS3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein hyaluronan synthase 3, which is encoded by the HAS3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the addition of GlcNAc or GlcUA monosaccharides to the nascent hyaluronan polymer. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 553 residues, a mass of 63 kDa, and is a member of the NodC/HAS protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include hyaluronate synthase 3, hyaluronic acid synthase 3, and HA synthase 3.
There are HAS3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
