PRUNE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein prune exopolyphosphatase 1, which is encoded by the PRUNE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a Phosphodiesterase (PDE) that has higher activity toward cAMP than cGMP, as substrate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 453 residues, a mass of 50.2 kDa, and is a member of the PPase class C protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. The PRUNE1 gene has been associated with the disease, Neurodevelopmental disorder with microcephaly, hypotonia, and variable brain anomalies. Other alias names for this target include Drosophila-related expressed sequence 17, protein prune homolog 1, and exopolyphosphatase PRUNE1.
There are PRUNE1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 47 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
