Anti-ZNF865 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 865. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1059 amino acid residues and a mass of 111.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, vagina, and caudate. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF865 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF865 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF865 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
