Anti-GINM1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein glycosylated integral membrane protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 330 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include glycoprotein integral membrane protein 1 and glycoprotein integral membrane 1. GINM1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the GINM1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
