Anti-EFCAB13 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein EF-hand calcium binding domain 13. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 973 amino acid residues and a mass of 110.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include EF-hand calcium-binding domain-containing protein 13 and EF-hand domain-containing protein C17orf57. EFCAB13 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the EFCAB13 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
