Anti-Beta'Cop antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene COPB2, or 'coatomer protein complex subunit beta 2' in humans. The 906-amino acid protein is a member of the WD repeat COPB2 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
