Anti-ERRFI1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ERBB receptor feedback inhibitor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 462 amino acid residues and a mass of 50.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. A member of the MIG6 protein family, ERRFI1 is a reported regulator of EGFR signaling in skin morphogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include MIG-6, MIG6, RALT, mitogen-inducible gene 6 protein, receptor-associated late transducer, and GENE-33. ERRFI1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of ERRFI1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
