Anti-PDZK6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PDZK6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the INTU gene, which encodes inturned planar cell polarity protein. This protein is known to function in cell division and cilium assembly, among other biological roles. The human version of PDZK6 has a canonical amino acid length of 942 residues and a protein mass of 105.6 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. PDZK6 is a member of the Inturned protein family.
