Anti-ZSG antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ZSG is a known alias name of the protein POZ/BTB and AT hook containing zinc finger 1, encoded by the PATZ1 gene in humans. This 687-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcriptional regulator that plays a role in many biological processes such as embryogenesis, senescence, T-cell development or neurogenesis. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for ZSG include MAZR, PATZ, and RIAZ. Indicated applications for ZSG antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
