Anti-Ttg2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Ttg2 is a known alias name of the protein LIM domain only 2, encoded by the LMO2 gene in humans. This 158-amino acid residue protein is known to act with TAL1/SCL to regulate red blood cell development. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for Ttg2 include RBTN2, RBTNL1, and RHOM2. Indicated applications for Ttg2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
