Anti-X3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target X3 is a known alias name of the protein xenotropic and polytropic retrovirus receptor 1, encoded by the XPR1 gene in humans. This 696-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in phosphate homeostasis. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for X3 include IBGC6, SLC53A1, and SYG1. Indicated applications for X3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
