Anti-ZZZ6 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ZZZ6 is a known alias name of the protein MIB E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1, encoded by the MIB1 gene in humans. This 1006-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in blood vessel development and endocytosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for ZZZ6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
