Anti-VCFS antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The VCFS antigen is another term for the human protein T-box transcription factor 1, encoded by the TBX1 gene. The protein is a suspected transcriptional regulator involved in developmental processes (By similarity). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 398 residues and a mass of 43.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Other alias names for VCFS include CAFS, CATCH22, and CTHM. Indicated applications for VCFS antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
