Anti-RPA9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPA9 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase I and III subunit D, encoded by the POLR1D gene in humans. This 133-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Archaeal Rpo11/eukaryotic RPB11/RPC19 RNA polymerase subunit protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Other synonyms for RPA9 include AC19, POLR1C, and RPA16. Indicated applications for RPA9 antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.
