Anti-TRSLN antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TRSLN antigen is another term for the human protein translin, encoded by the TSN gene. The protein is reported to be a dna-binding protein that specifically recognizes consensus sequences at the breakpoint junctions in chromosomal translocations, mostly involving immunoglobulin (Ig)/T-cell receptor gene segments. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 228 residues and a mass of 26.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The TRSLN protein is a member of the Translin protein family. Other alias names for TRSLN include BCLF-1, C3PO, and RCHF1. Indicated applications for TRSLN antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
