Anti-TM4C antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TM4C antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TSPAN1 gene, which encodes tetraspanin 1. This protein is known to function in protein stabilization, among other biological roles. The human version of TM4C has a canonical amino acid length of 241 residues and a protein mass of 26.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and colon. This target antigen may also be known as NET1. Indicated applications for TM4C antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
