Anti-SYF3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SYF3 is a known alias name of the protein crooked neck pre-mRNA splicing factor 1, encoded by the CRNKL1 gene in humans. This 848-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing process. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for SYF3 include CLF, CRN, and Clf1.
