Anti-RNF46 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene TRIM23, or 'tripartite motif containing 23' in humans. The 574-amino acid protein is a member of the Small GTPase superfamily, Arf family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
