Anti-THG1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target THG1 is a known alias name of the protein tRNA-histidine guanylyltransferase 1 like, encoded by the THG1L gene in humans. This 298-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the response to oxidative stress, among other biological processes. It is localized to the mitochondria and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in many tissues. Indicated applications for THG1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
