Anti-TILRR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TILRR is a known alias name of the protein FRAS1 related extracellular matrix 1, encoded by the FREM1 gene in humans. This 2179-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and cell matrix adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the extracellular matrix and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for TILRR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
