Anti-SLNAC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SLNAC1 is a known alias name of the protein acid sensing ion channel subunit 3, encoded by the ASIC3 gene in humans. This 531-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is noted to be expressed by sensory neurons. Other synonyms for SLNAC1 include ACCN3 and DRASIC. Indicated applications for SLNAC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
