Anti-SGA-113M antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SGA-113M antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PSMD6 gene, which encodes proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 6. This protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The human version of SGA-113M has a canonical amino acid length of 389 residues and a protein mass of 45.5 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. Other names for this target antigen include Rpn7, S10, and SGA-113M. Western Blot is the most common application for the SGA-113M antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
