Anti-SKAP-HOM antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SKAP-HOM is a known alias name of the protein src kinase associated phosphoprotein 2, encoded by the SKAP2 gene in humans. This 359-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in B-cell and macrophage adhesion processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for SKAP-HOM include PRAP, RA70, and SAPS. Indicated applications for SKAP-HOM antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
