Anti-RPC155 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPC155 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase III subunit A, encoded by the POLR3A gene in humans. This 1390-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, in the cortex and the white matter. Other synonyms for RPC155 include ADDH, C160, and HLD7.
