Anti-RHGK antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RHGK antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RHCG gene, which encodes Rh family C glycoprotein. This protein is known to function in epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of RHGK has a canonical amino acid length of 479 residues and a protein mass of 53.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the skin, oral mucosa, kidney, esophagus, and cervix. Other names for this target antigen include C15orf6 and PDRC2. Indicated applications for RHGK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
