Anti-PAF-3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PAF-3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PEX12 gene, which encodes peroxisomal biogenesis factor 12. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of PAF-3 has a canonical amino acid length of 359 residues and a protein mass of 40.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the peroxisomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as PAF-3. Indicated applications for PAF-3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
