Anti-PNISR antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PNN interacting serine and arginine rich protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 805 amino acid residues and a mass of 92.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is found to be expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle, thymus, spleen, kidney, liver, placenta and leukocytes. It is a member of the Splicing factor SR protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSPC306, SFRS18, SRrp130, bA98I9.2, arginine/serine-rich protein PNISR, and C6orf111. PNISR gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the PNISR antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
