Anti-NTPDase-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NTPDase-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ENTPD1 gene, which encodes ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion, among other biological roles. The human version of NTPDase-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 510 residues and a protein mass of 58 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include ATPDase, CD39, and NTPDase-1. Western Blot is the most common application for the NTPDase-1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
