Anti-MRCKgamma antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MRCKgamma antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CDC42BPG gene, which encodes CDC42 binding protein kinase gamma. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of MRCKgamma has a canonical amino acid length of 1551 residues and a protein mass of 172.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the rectum, oral mucosa, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, and esophagus. MRCKgamma is a member of the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family.
