Anti-N-ACHE antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target N-ACHE is a known alias name of the protein acetylcholinesterase (Cartwright blood group), encoded by the ACHE gene in humans. This 614-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion and nervous system development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus, cell membrane, and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for N-ACHE include ACEE, ARACHE, and N-ACHE. Western Blot is the most common application for the N-ACHE antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
