Anti-Ndt80 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Ndt80 is a known alias name of the protein myelin regulatory factor, encoded by the MYRF gene in humans. This 1151-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in oligodendrocyte differentiation and the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of the cell and features glycosylated and cleaved post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the lung, ARPE-19 cell line, brainstem, uterus and, to a lesser extent, in basal ganglion and liver. Other synonyms for Ndt80 include 11orf9, C11orf9, and CUGS. Indicated applications for Ndt80 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
