Anti-isa antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the isa antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ANXA13 gene, which encodes annexin A13. This protein is known to function in cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of isa has a canonical amino acid length of 316 residues and a protein mass of 35.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and duodenum. This target antigen may also be known as ANX13. Indicated applications for isa antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
